A Couple of Tra La Las

I went to Palm Beach yesterday with a fellow blogger from Sydney! We swam in the ocean (first time since I´ve been here) and climbed about a million stairs after trekking across some burning hot sand to get to the lighthouse on the cliff near the beach.

Palm Beach is the northern most beach in Sydney and it said to be one of the most beautiful. The sand is orange, as you can see, and the water is very clear. Yesterday was a sweltering 90 degrees (at least) and sunny so it was a perfect day to go to the beach and go swimming.. not such a perfect day to go hiking, but as the saying goes… when in Rome! The view from the lighthouse was AMAZING. Well worth the effort!
